Having a grand time

Out at Kleinmond for the weekend with my wife's aged aunt for her birthday. Just had a delightful cup of tea and discussing the kids etc. I know there will be many a jealous oak among you as you louts watch the rugby this afternoon.

 Due to the long drive out to Kelinmond (about an hour) I have retired to the bedroom to rest up for the evenings "activities". The boer maak n plan stuff. Ladies still chatting as is their wont

Well saw some of the Scots match against the wee abs kbbs. Apparrently the scoreline flaterred the wee abs!! You guys are sinking fast!Next week its a wedding!! I simply cant believe it!

 I was at a Hawaiian party in Warsaw so missed the AB vs. Scots match. Sounds like it was a close game. Will watch it tomorrow.

 Hey Beens, I've been to Kleinmond not too far a drive from CT..... g reat for RR.

 Its a superb place denny I prefer it to Hermanus.

Saffex, no, Kleinmond is in the Western Cape between Betty's Bay and Hermanus.

Not sure why these okes are getting all excited by it because although it's a beautiful coastline the town itself is a bit of a hole. They've been doing some renovations around the harbour and there's quite a nice little waterfront area with restaurants, craft shops and art galleries but really, the rest of the town is a bit of a dump . . . and you hardly see any whales compared to what you see in Hermanus.

The place to go visit in that part of the world is the Walker Bay Nature Reserve near De Kelders on the Gansbaai side of Walker Bay.
