Heaven helps the SA team - Jackson will ref the third test against England

After two disastrously poor refereeing efforts in Super Rugby in SA one has to really wonder why he is back referee ing the third test against England.   The best thing we can hope for is that he would not bugger up the test - as he did in his last two Super Rugby games in SA.
