Hey rooitwit what happned to your hapless guppies?

The guppies got a severe snotklap from the Griguas. HahahahahahhahahaWon 21-18.
Meanwhile the Cheetahs got whipped 31-17 by Pumas. Seems only WP have a team that can play minus their Boks and injured players.

The Pumas play simple, direct rugby. They keep the ball alive and fast with pop passes instead of going down for a ruck every 2 seconds, and their skills levels are high. With not a single big name in sight, they keep proving that rugby is not a complicated game. Respect possession, attack the spaces, support the ball carrier.

Hapless is an understatement Beeno...but I'm glad for the Griquas and Pumas...good to see developement coming through from other provinces...actually good for SA rugby.

Don't get too excited Beeno, the little wee pees have still to play Griquas at Newlands on the 20th and the Pumas in Nelspruit...

 Sharks have been heartbreaking this season. At least as an aus based supporter there is no one here to give me a hard time. Have loved watching the pumas this year and happy to see them doing well. WP look ominous.

How much talent has been overlooked at the Pumas by our boneheaded coaches.

Well yes, I really enjoy it when there is a change in supremacy....for years and years I supported Natal rugby even when as a youth I lived close to Newlands and started my schooling at SACS but when mum and dad got divorced I was promoted to Maritzburg College and my WP friends used to mock me...I remember once of attending a match at Newlands and had a buddy from Durban High who lived in Somerset West and in his family's garden grew banana trees (in those days we did not have the name of the Sharks, but were referred by the others as Banana Boys) so the emblem was a banana branch which Reg and myself cut from the tree in the old folks garden.

Before the encounter Reg and myself bravely ventured onto the half way line prior to the clash with the popular and powerful WP side, much to the ridicule and boos of WP supporters.

WP won that day but we still waved our branches that were eventually torn to threads to proceed to "The Pig and Whistle " in Rondebosch a popular watering hole amongst the students, to drown our sorrows.

Yes, despite my ridicule, I still have my affection for WP rugby but maintained my support for Natal/Sharks until this day. They are the most difficult side to support because they rise and fall just like the stock exchange but this the way I love them...they are a smaller copy of the Les Bleus and can be giant killers at times and disappointments in clashes that they should have won. No side in SA is harder to support than them but no side is more likely to spring surprises, never forget the first time Tony Watson scored the try at the Bulls beloved Loftus to win the Currie Cup.

This I'll never forget as it was one of the happiest days I experienced watching rugby.

 Yes Seb the Sharks have come along way since being a minnow side.
I am actually wondering what they are going to do about next season having lost anumber of players. A buying spree is on the cards.
