our much maligned national coach, copped stick and then some but to the dismay of myself and others he has done remarkably well.That said, I still believe that some of his selections leave a lot to be desired and one can only wonder what he could achieve if he got rid of the duds. The guy can coach,of that there is no doubt, he might even prove to be a better coach than JW but for that to happen his selections will have to sharpen up. Woolli Bulli is high on my list of duds, closely followed by Juandre Kruger not to mention lead with the elbow Flip-Flop.

Still, with half an engine firing HM U turned the ordinary into a competitive Bok machine which in turn has restored our faith and pride in the jumper.

There is a sleeping giant under HM's care, with a bit of tinkering and with a growing pool of talent to draw from that giant could one day rise and dominate world rugby.

One thing for sure, under HM the nightmare we suffered with the clumsy dope PDV has al but disapeared.

Mozart find fault with Kirchner's tackling - but keep mum on the disasters caused by Morne in his performance and Morne's own tackling deficiencies that cause most of the AB's tries.  The main question is the flyhalf position and the loosie situation where the AB's outplayed ours totally.   The weakest link is Alberts.   Kruger was a total void in line-outs - so I would say we need drastic improvement in four positions, namely full back, flyhalf, blindside flank and lock - provided nthat the flank at the same time is a solid line out player as well to allow for variation.

There are question marks about Engelbrecht - but they are not as pressing as the oher four listed positions.

Actually no....the NZ loosies never "outplayed ours totally" ...as you claim. Their three starting loosies made 37 of 46 tackles for a 78% success ratio.....mediocre at best. Our loosies made 18 of their 19 tackles for a 95% success ratio. We were much better in the tackle. As for metres gained they were marginally better at 117 metres gained in 19 carries...we made 105 metres in 20 carries. I'd give the edge to NZ with 3 tries and one assist vs our two assists. But there was no dominance.

Are you weird or what?  The third fabrication today.   How many tries did the AB loosies scored?  How many tackles were made by their loosies in open field play compared to ours?   How many turnovers did they affect compared to ours?  The answers of all those functions give an indication to how they outplayed us COMPERHENSIVELY.   THE DOMINANCE WAS ABOSLUTE.

First of all - there loosies made 41 tackles - not 38 - ie more than double the number than our loosies made   How many of their missed tackles let to tries? 

All this top protect the image of Alberts - who missed a crucial tackle abd fell over his feet before Messam core his first try.   Poor effort at best Mozart.      

Gosh let's see Messam made 10, McCaw made 13 and Read made 14. Ten plus thirteen plus fourteen....um is that 41. Um no...no it's not, it's 37. Lets see - how many tackles did Cane and Luatua made after they came on.  Clever Mozart added the tackles by Kolisi - but not those by the AB replacements.   Trying to mislead us by using false stats again?
