Hougaard has been let off the leach at very long last - there is no other expalnation re hois resurgence. This is the player we thought Hougaard would be before bulle rugby almost ruined him.Out with bakkies and matfield. Leave Jannie and Jean on the bench for now. let Allende. Malherbe/Marcell establish themsleves.

He looks to have rediscovered his mojo. His defence was great today. 
One thing about Hougaard is he struggles when the Bok rucks do not provide clean ball than other scrumhalfs. Rucking is an area where the Boks have improved massively.
Fourie Dupreez is still a better scrummie. 

 Bullshit du Preez is not better other than his boot. Hougaard trumps him in every other de partment
