How does a late tip tackle....

.....not warrant a red? This is possibly the most dangerous example I have seen...habana went straight backwards and actually landed on his head. That after releasing the ball with the Frog still needing two strides to get to him.  He was totally unprepared for the assault. How the hell is that not a red?
