This player is utterly useless and must be sleeping with Coetzee's sister to be retaining his place........why the fuck was he selected in the first place is the real question.

Watching Marcel Coetzee at 8 for Ulster only makes one despair at what we could have at 8 - its a travesty

The selection of useless Dreyer at 3 is another poor call, is too small for test prop and a penalty machine - not to mention the fact that he offers nothing in general play. Selections like this, where a player like Dreyer leapfrogs a player like Nyakane on the bench really irritates me - its just such poor player management.

Id rather see Nyakane start at 3 than useless Dreyer but the player that should be starting at 3 is Wilco Louw, at least Louw is now in the squad so is getting closer.

Dropping our best player against Oz in PSDT is another error, he was fantastic against Oz and adds more grunt than Mostert. Mostert brings plenty of energy but little physical productivity, better suited to 7.

At least we see du Preez in the starting line-up which brings better balance to the backrow, its just such a pity we have a non entity at 8. Cassiem has been exposed thus far, imagine what the AB's are going to do to him.

Cronje at 9 remains a joke - I still have to pinch myself that this bog ordinary player is our test 9.........along the lines of Morne Steyn as a Bok, but at least Morne had one positive in his goal kicking, Cronje has ZERO

Kitshoff is far, far superior to Beast these days but no doubt the quota is playing its part here.

Rhule has no chance in hell of containing Ione, its going to be train smash

So in my books 50% of our side sells us short.........Rhule, Cronje, Beast, Dreyer, Mostert and Cassiem would definitely not be starting in my side........nor would Coetzee and Skosan in all likelihood.

This side has no hope in hell of beating the AB's

Don't think we need Marcell Coetzee. You know I rate him as highly as you do but if we picked Jaco Kriel at openside (injuries notwithstanding), Jean-Luc du Preez at blindside and Dan du Preez at #8 we'd be sorted.

Siya Kolisi hasn't done anything to deserve getting axed so he could cover for Kriel in the interim and be the bench option in the longer term.

Dropping Pieter-Steph to the bench is just plain dumb.

 ound comments Saffex!
I see ou rooitwitterbug is following my lead in calling for a loose trio including the Du Preez twins. Rooitwit will occasionally get things right and it will invari ably be when he agrees with Beeno!
I suspect the Boks will be more competitive than last year and doubtless that half baked Coetzee will draw all the wrong conclusions.

Dave that is an easy question to answer - if it was not for his pigmentation he would not have been in the squad in the first instance.
I wrote repeqatedly for the need to call up Coetzee - and wonder if a disaster on Saturday may not open the gates for him to come in.
Another rank stupidity is to put Du Toit back on the bench after he showeds last week what a lock should be in the team for,

Rooi, I hear you re the du Preez twins but I'm all for having the best 15 on the field and that has to include Marcel at 8 with JL at 7 and a toss up between Kriel and Kolisi at 6.

Selecting Lood and PSDT on the bench is also a stupid call - one would think old Coetzee would have learnt his lesson after England exposed PSDT at 7.

Its also utter madness that Janse v Rensburg is not involved in the equation given how quickly Pollard was brought back from injury. Same can be said of Combrink ahead of Rhule or Skosan

Who is this Traditionalist twat ?

"Who is this Traditionalist twat?"
Sounds like you know as much about him as we do. He's a twat.
