My selections are spot on, if they were implemented we would be number one in the rankings.

Selection would be done based on age instead of affirmative action or Apartheid, and no player would be over 25.
The squad would increased from 36 players to 250.
The like of Jantjies and JJ would be starting along with Howard Minski. Their would be an SOS to any young players overseas to start for the Boks even if their are not first choice for their clubs.
CJ stander would be made captain, and Elton Jantjies vice captain

They will not beat the All Blacks with players like Morne Steyn, Matfield, Botha, Jannie du Plessis, Alberts and Francois Steyn playing and Steenkamp on the bench.  That would be a disaster.
I a, seriously worried about the Welsh game coming up.  The geriatrics and under-performers will be letting us down big time.

Their are players in better form than Alberts, Jannie and Steenkamp. Etzebeth will take over the number 4 jersey upon his return. JDV will replace Frans Steyn.

Well I dont think we should take too much notice of the provincial er  dorpie bureaucrat. He has limited horizons.

Mike by the time the June tests are over Meyer should know where he has gone chaff.
It would appear the Welsh have come to play. I suspect some props could be found out. I fear though wee victor may by chance st eal a lineout and be assured thereafter of a WC berth!
Frans and JP will really be tested. As wlll our back three.  Hopefully Schalk will make the number 7 Jersey hs own. Hopefully also Goosen, if Meyer plays him, will shine. He may start against Scotland?

I want to ask you a serious question.   The players I mentioned were all in the 2010 and 2011 teams that failed in both the RC (3 Nations) and the WC.  How are they going to become world beaters three years later when most are way past their prime rugby playing years?
It is not a question of limited horizons - it is a question of realism.   Living in the past is certainly a serious horizons limitation and dreaming up rubbish is worse.

Hougaard seems to have disappeared from the scene. He has never recovered his 2011 form.

Wardad: very few kiwis left in here these days, i.e. mainly 3ku1 & I.
Cloudy, Sasuke San, Nukefree and the rest have shot through. Abasquefan  & a few others drop in from time-to-time.
I figure they are all re-thinking their strategy for S15 & will come back with a vengeance but have you  heard any news on them?
If they are "taking care" of the ref they are really inefficient.
Ha ha, remember when you & I walked right in front of PC Plod last year. Nerves of steel mate, nerves of steel.

Visualization: kiwis getting the job done
                  .  I told ya!!!

I hope Noddy won't be too upset mumbled the fair-minded kiwi
Disclaimer: scenes are taken from Noddy's fantasy land & bear no resemblance to reality.

Beandip ... if Meyer hasn't been able to sort the chuff from the wheat by now, what has he been doing these last three years?

Now's not the time to still be tweaking. He should have had everything in place already. He should be plotting his tactics for next year's WC ... not struggling with team selections.

I'm afraid the fool's completely clueless what's actually needed to produce a successful national side. He's running around like a headless chicken. Aimlessly going nowhere fast.

The problem with Meyer is that he can only think provincially. That's as far his limited thinking goes.

I know it's a conspiracy that brought him the coveted position but surely his fellow conspirators could have used a little more head before blundering so badly.

Glad you are back Sasuke San - same ol' lunacy in here. One new development was the site administrator gave Beeno recognition for reaching the 10,000 posts mark. Beeno only begged for it but other than that maintained his dignity, lolThe "award" was an avatar in the form of Noddy from Noddy & Bigears fame. Very witty of the administrator . Hence my reference in the cartoon post above.
This weekend will be a big (& much needed) test for the ABs. They need to up their game & feel the hunger again. Poms also need something other than the 2012 win to rave on about. It will be a good one!
