Yes oaks it seems Beeno's weighty support proved to be an inspiration to the Hurricanes giving them the boost they needed to win this lightweight encounter!

Great opportunity for the Lions.
I just hope they're not compacent against the Sharks today.
Imagine the send off to Ackerman if we get a home final at Ellis Park ... and win it ?
Go Lions.

If the Crusaders won the match their opponents would have ben the Sharks at home - now it is likely to be the Highlanders.
Lets hope the lions win tonight. If that happens as the thing stand the log will look like this:-
1 Lions2 Crusaders3 Stormers4 Brumbies5 Hurricanes6 Chiefs7 Highlanders 8 Sharks
If that is the situation depending on the Lions winning - te opposing teams will be as follows:-
Lions vs SharksCrusaders vs HighlandersBriumbies vs HurricanesStormers vs Chiefs
The Hurricanes should beat the Brumbies with ease and my money will be on the Lions beating the Sharks and the Crusaders the Highlanders. The Styormers beat the Chiefs in Cape T own this year - so the result could be a toss-up.

Congrats to the Canes, well done boys! Saders are a very good team so we will see how they go in the finals, they rested their AB front row so maybe weren't full strength.
Beeno, glad you have ditched the hapless stormers and now support a kiwi team. An unusual show of good judgement. We look forward to your unwavering support in the upcoming games. Don't be a spineless turncoat and switch allegiances like some wee "supporters".

Saders still had Crockett, Funnell, Lalatoa. Still good players. Missing Moody, O Franks, Codi Taylor.

Crocket is a poor prop - he constantly scrum inwards and collects a lot of penalties as a result. He is a one-man jeopardy for the Crusaders.

Mighty Chiefs will have to go to Capetown to take on the wee stormers. A tough trip but with the local support of the ex-stormers fans they should be ok.

The light weight stormers will be hoping for "home field advantage". Chiefs will have to rack up some points to take the ref out of the game.
