.....let's have two teams, an NH team and a SH team.

 A better solution: as many teams as SARU can afford. And composed with the most expensive players to loan from their clubs (so majority of NH clubs)

They will not win more games but they will help to bankrupt SARU faster.

Or we can have one team for the All Blacks, and one for everyone else. 

 Rugby must be terminated in SA. Elsewhere it is another story.
