The court has just ordered that the State Capture report of Madonsela be put on the website of the Public Protector by 17:00 today and in view of the demonstations in Pretoria today I think that no 1 is tickets.
Nobody knows yet what is in the report - but the reason why Z uma (aka Zupta) was desperately fighting the release of the report indicates that there must be some real trouble.
Not a good week for no 1. Charges against Gordhan withdrawn - charges against McBride dropped - now this court order.
Zupta may just resign and took a flight to Dubai in view of the 783 charges of fraud corruption and money-laundering still being considered by the Appeals Court. After all his son has apparently got a US $100 million house in Dubai

Hopefully this is the beginning of the end for Shrek the Shower Head! Take a look at how the rand has rallied on this news. Can you imagine how our economy would perform if he actually was removed from power, or even better, sent to jail?
whatadoos!

Bluebok & others : Don't rejoice too soon. Getting rid of Showerhead will be great news, but there is still a long road ahead before rebuilding the country can start.
Just remember this guy also has massive aspirations:

No doubt that "Old Showerhead" is on the take but at the same time who in government or politics is not.
All that will happen is that he will be slapped with a fine of a few goats and will retire on a fat pension on his tax refurbished kraal and watch his cattle swimming in the new pool built with your tax money.
All he has done is perfect the art of ripping off the system much like all the other heads of state before him.
Welcome to the world of the scammers.
This is after all what the folks voted for is it not?

I just hope the report released in about an hour's time is the same report that Madonsela submitted originally.
The Guptas must be about as nervous as a Lake Forest Boy Scout on a camping weekend who's just been summoned to the Scoutmaster's tent.

Getting rid of Zuma now will only be good if it goes hand in hand with a general election. At the moment everybody is thinking that it is vitally important to get rid of Zuma. The sad reality is that the vast majority of the electorate is naive enough to believe that if Zuma is gone, it will be the new dawn and that the person who takes his place will be the Messiah.
I was in South Africa at the time when Zuma became president and everybody was shouting for him to be given a chance and that he would be so much better than Mbeki. Even the media was advocating this. I can remember listening to that idiot Kieno Kammies on 702 who was one of those.
The largest part of the electorate are too thick to understand that the problem goes way beyond Zuma and the Guptas. The whole fcuking lot are as corrupt as can be. All of them. Probably Gordhan as well, if you would care to dig deep enough. One of the most dangerous, IMO, is Gwedi Mantashi. I have always had some regard for Cyril Ramaphosa but I'm afraid, I do not trust him anymore either.
The other dangerous one is Julius Malema. He is not as stupid as many make him out to be. He is very very clever and he knows exactly what to say in what context. He also chooses very carefully what he says in what company. He makes just the right noises to the "right" people. He appears to be very anti-ANC in parliament and in the media but he will side with them in the blink of an eye. He is an extreme racist and he hates whites with a passion.

Is this enough....there seems to be plenty of smoke, but is there any fire?

There's a fookn inferno, but the fools will probably be in cinders and ash before they realise it.

Well I haven't followed too much of this stuff, but from the reports it would appear many thought there was a smoking gun (pardon the continued conflagration), but reading the summaries it seems to me to be a bunch of circ.umstantial evidence.
