I ask because I want to get an indication of what my Country is up against next weekend. A 50 pointer, 60+, or maybe we can get a couple of tries and make it look good........ :(
They got beat by an English club team missing its international players- which in England in typically the bulk of a team. So based on current form not very high. They are not allowed to tour South Africa because the team is selected on race.

Umm didn't the boks lose to Leceister and Saracens also? Are the Boks therefore overrated? NZ Maori have beaten in recent seasons England, Ireland, all of the Pacific Nations sides, the Lions..I think they'd happily splot into the rankings in around 4th or 5th - they're obviously missing the Maori players currently selected for the All Blacks. Tad ironic that after all the decades of Maori not being allowed to tour with the All Blacks because of the colour of their skin they're still not allowed in as the NZ Maori for the same reason.

but i was actually mentioned the exact same thing about the NZmaoris accomplishments and defeats compared with the Boks.
not sure if they would crack the top 5 though, france, england and SANZAR would be all formidable outfits, but they would hold their own against the likes of everyone else.
and im not 100% sure about this, but when the NZ maoris play another country, havent the IRB said that it is counted as a test match???
