Maybe you don't think he needs to change anything and Rassie is simply being harsh.

Whatever you think, the fact remains that Rassie gave him a cap and then sent him packing.

To make matters worse he then went on to have a crap game against the ABs while Cam played like a demon the following day against Argentina.

And this is after last year where Rassie would rather play Kolisi out of potion at 8 than bring Roos in, even though Roos had been part of the training camps.

Rassie is still gonna be the Bok boss for at least five more years. And his stint as boss will end right about the time Roos might be starting to think about retirement.

So what do you think, should Roos keep being Roos? If you are his coach and think he needs to change direction in order to show Rassie more, what advice would you give him and what do you think he needs to evolve into?

Firstly he never had a crap game against the AB’s and by all accounts the issue with him is that he is too good at what he does as his worst stat is conceding turnovers thanks to his ability to make metres and in the process isolating himself making him susceptible to being turned over.

His Stormers team mates fail to keep up with him in order to protect him, so what he needs to change is that instead of trying to beat defenders, he needs to target contact, take it up shorter to negate his vulnerability

I love Rassie but his snubbing of Roos is pathetic
