The games thus far this weekend has been interesting and the positions on the overall log has been finalize - but for the Bulls position. If they beat the Stormers they go to position 1 - if they lose they stay in position 2. The interesting games in the play-offs are going to be rather more difficult to assess than meets the eye:- * The Crusaders did not have a particularly good game against the Highlanders - but they will have a home game - so they should have the advantage in this case. I still think that the Crusaders will win this one - but it will probably be a tight encounter. * The Reds struggled badly against the Waratahs in an error-ridden game. A repeat of that performance and the Crusaders should bear them. * The Brumbies played a shocker against the Western Force and was beaten deservedly so. If they come up with a game like that against the Cheetahs - they will be beaten and beaten badly as well. Have home ground advantage and the game is only on Sunday - but jet lag should not be too seriously a problem and may not present an advantage to the Brumbies.. * The Cheetahs has a chance against the Brumbies - they have thus far beaten all Australian sides they played against and if the Brumbies played as badly as they did today - I think the Cheetahs will beat them.
