Up to now, it was admitted that the game had no stakes.


This observation must be revised: it has a stake now: facing FR inthe quarter finals.


As FR has now lost their world class half back pairing due to serious squad mismanagement decision making, as NZ is growing in strength, the stake is to get FR in the quarter finals and then lose the IR vs SA rugby game.

I think it is too late now Traditionalist - The dice is cast. Kidding of course - the plan is for you guys to give a soft penalty under the posts for Ireland to win and then we meet in the finals
