22nd minute, and Irish are lining up another penalty to take them to 6-0.

Bok midfield messing up most of the quality ball for the Boks.

The Boks needed a good start, worrying that they are not looking clinical with ball in hand. Is this another match where the SuperSubs have to make the impact.

It is only in the scrums where the Boks are somewhat in control.

No kak man, where is Matfield? He has done absolutely nothing today ... and then Meyer took Etzebeth off and put Bakkies on ... poor substitution.

The Boks got exactly what they deserved today, sweet FA !!  In trying to out muscle an Irish side it just didn't work, you were outplayed in every department apart from maybe the scrum. Ireland very cleverly didn't compete at SA line outs  as they had complete confidence in their defensive line up.   SA showed very little flair and Ireland were worthy winners. Whilst I appreciate SA had players missing, let's also not forget The Irish had at least 6 first team probables missing too.  I think you'll even get beaten in the after match drinking competition too.   Suck it up boys.

To be fair SA showed a lot more flair than Ireland, Ireland played the game of spoilers up until the yellow card. Someone get the handling errors up, that's where we lost the game.

Flair Shezza? We showed flair in the last seconds with JP's try. Before that, stampkarretjies all the way.

Compared to the Irish who kicked everything they got, yes we showed flair.

And this is why we aren't the best.

AN Irish team with a good number of injuries out tricked the Mighty Mighty braindeads.

SO much for becoming smarter.

Pathetic.

Stronger scrum, not lineout and we bested the Irish in the scrum.

Shezza, you got it right in the scrum, but nowhere else, the Irish didn't have to compete in the line out because they were convinced they could defend against a Boks side with no flair.  The Irish coach got it right, you guys didn't, man up fella and admit you were out thought, out played, out muscled and out coached today. Stop defending the indefensible, you lost, accept it, move on and improve next week because you've certainly got the talent to do so.
