After Goosen had a fall-out with the owner of Racing Metro in 2017 about his "retirement" from Rugby, he went back to Paris and got his monthly salary from the Club, but was never selected top play for the club.

The latest situation is as follows (as provided) by News24:-

"Former Springbok Johan Goosen looks set to return to rugby with French Top 14 side Montpellier.

Reports in French media suggest that Montpellier owner Mohed Altrad has agreed to buy out the player's contract with Racing 92.

Goosen made headlines at the end of 2016 when Racing 92 announced his retirement.

The 25-year-old had earlier signed a contract extension with Racing, increasing his salary to €500 000 (R7.15 million) per year.

However, Goosen reportedly took up a commercial director's job in South Africa, which left the French club fuming.

According to French website Rugbyrama, Altrad will now pay for €1.4 million (R20 million) for Goosen to be released from his Racing 92 contract.

Goosen is likely to join Montpellier’s squad from July 2018, the report indicates.

The talented flyhalf/fullback has 13 Test caps to his name since making his debut against Australia back in 2012.

He last played for the Boks against Wales in November 2016, shortly before his 'retirement'."
Mozart will have a fit about this one,     After all his favourite Fat Fransie is playing for Montpellier and whereas he has played at flyhalf he is not a flyhalf's backside - or perhaps he is,    It is likely that Fat Fransie will be shown the door after the present season and he is likely to join his soulmate Jake White in Japan.    No SA franchise will contract him anyway,
Goosen's fall-out with Racing Metro stemmed from the fact that he w2as constantly selected at Full Back and outside center which is not his positions - he believes he really is a flyhalf.   That implies that Montpellier is going to use him primarily as a flyhalf.
The other issue relates to the release of Goosen?   Mozart will claim that the Montpellier owner is loony to pay R20 million to get Goosen and that the club owners are mentally defective by doing that type of thing - so lets wait for the storm of indignation to follow.  .   .   .

So the owner of Montpellier is a fool believing in a mirage and spending a huge amount to get the mirage on contract.

Should we believe you or the rugby experts at Montpellier?   I am afraid  the fact is your knowledge of rugby is so limited you would never catch on.

Goosen was a real good talent, prob needs to put on some kgs. But I Saw in the same mold as Dan Carter.

Goosen suffers from nerves, Carter did at the start of his career as he admits in his book....but was rock solid later on.

First of all a mirage - now another story about nerves.  No proof of that - only a prejudiced BS  assumption.

Relax Tokkie your big pick bottled out of his club commitments. This dog wont hunt, find another flyhalf solution from your unique vantage point as a school boy hooker.

The talent in Goosen was obvious. Clear for all to see. Sadly he was subjected to the likes of Meyer and would never realize his full potential under that bozo.

Let's see what he can do now. Who knows ... Rassie may just call on his services.

Mozart is always wrong - the man is a village idiot supreme.   After being the Top 14 player of the year Goosen did not bottle up.  He asked to be played in his natural position of flyhalf and when that did not happen he tried to get out of his club contract.

If he was useless as claimed by Mozar5 - would Racing Metro go all-out to prevent him from playing elsewhere?   They did and ultimately went back to Racing - but the owner punished him by not allowing for him to play - while he received his full salary.

Mozart is demented and prejudiced when I comes to some players and come up with BS all the time.   He would lie and make devious statements all the time.

“He asked to be played in his natural position of flyhalf and when that did not happen he tried to get out of his club contract.” Kaaaak man. Where did you get that? Meyer Bisman’s mom again? Could you give us a link to where you got that new fantasy of yours?

Listen Dofdoos - do you know anything about rugby in SA?  Zero is clear the level of your knowledge about  anything - and less than zero about rugby.  So FO you subhuman specimen.

Goosen was a talent for sure but seemed injury prone. I hope he does well going forward.

He s now in his prime years.

And there we go again. Ou Maaikie blows another gasket when he doesn’t have an answer. This is about Goosen playing in France. Sweet FA to do with South African rugby bar the fact that Goosen is a South African.

How did Goosy get a job ? Did he tear up again ?

Actually he seemed to be quite talented but lacked composure for the big occasions.

A fast lightweight, who bottled out under the high ball, bottled out when he had to tackle, bottled out when he had to make a kick and bottled out on his club commitments Another great Tokkie pick.

Yet he was a better flyhalf than Morne and Fat Fransie ever was.   What  stupid comments from the village idiots on site.

Even if that was true, Ou Tokkiebal, I’m glad to see that you admit that he is past tense. Hahaha As you say “Yet he WAS a better flyhalf......”.

I always regard performance as a requirement for selection and there was none recently - so out if the way goes your BS

Except in the case of Quinty, when performance doesn’t matter, because he ‘will recover’ his form. Do as I say, not as I do.

Why are you talking BS.   Most commentators  say De  Kock is a class act with a temporary  slump in form and they added that he will get back to form.   However. why bother - you are too stupid to understand it.

It’s simple Tokkie, his form has been abysmal. If you Really believe form should be the only criterion he wouldn’t play. Both you and the commentators you cite are relying on reputation. Hoist by your own petard.

Sure - but so were the fork of other players as well -but you only attack De Kock.   Andf that ois why you are a prime prejudiced idiot.   He played in only 2 ODI"s and made  more runs than thers made in four or more - so that was enough to get you into a twist    I look at everything = not only prejudice when I make an assessment.

Do you ever think normally when you come up with BS?
