It is not clear what is going to happen at the Bulls after the latest fiasco and the statement from Crusader coaching staff that SA players are not fit enough.
Things are not looking good for the Bulls coach and team when spectators left the stadium at halftime and they must both feel the heat.

I think they will keep him for the sole reason- that they want him to go down with the ship. If they fire him now, they Corporate jackets will have to take ownership for the rest of the season- with another new coach. The smart money is that the keep him for the sole purpose as the scapegoat.

If the ANC have their way- it will be the Bulls last season.

The Bulls management want to sell the whole franchise - not only 75% - to a private investor and they do not have much money left to buy out Marais.   In the meantime some top players are leaving or have left the sinking ship.
I do not think the ANC has any say in this case - even though they would want to retain the miserable Kings in the Super  Rugby competition.   It is beyond their grasp - since there is no money in the Eastern Cape supporting rugby - if the ANC wants the Eaterh Cape Kings franchise retained - the Government will have to cough up around R100 million a year on that fruitless exercise.
Marais may survive until the end of the season - but I cannot see how he will be retained after that.
