It seems that Waco Jaco Peyper has an understudy

if the Blues vs Stormers game is anything to go by. I cringed at some of the hometown decisions. Very very amateur -->at least try to pretend that you understand the laws of the game. NZ cannot keep teaching you the laws of the game.

 I only watched the second half but enough to say that the home team got the rub of the green and the Lleyds try looked very suss.

 Hi Cloudy , please don't watch that game. It will only make you cringe how poor the refs understanding of the laws of the game is - His TMOs were even worse.
I Hope he never refs any Test Matches - one can only hope. I mean even Jaco is allowed to blow the whistle.
The problem is they tend to react to the crowd and make REACTIVE decisions instead of the RIGHT decisions.

 That is the problem Mike.
He has been deskilled since he joined the Stormers -->he forgets how to tackle, leaves his brain on the sideline like Ezteb......

 And the whole time I thought they were following World Rugby protocol by not issuing yellow cards for NZ tackles.
For all we know, Treeby might have been favouring a shoulder injury ala Ma'a Nonwho? or perhaps a broken nail which would explain the rest of his defence.
