Bolt 30, Powell 33 and 9 months, Blake 26 and 8 months......Ashmeade 26 and 4 months. The average 29 and 2 months.
I rest my case.....oldies are fastest.

Another weak response from a beaten man. Gosh they were about the same average age as the WC winning All Blacks.  

 Oh and by the way ... Bolt was a mere 29 when he accomplished his incredible feat ... not 30 ... try to get it right next time.
 

Wehe, the opinionated old fop didn't really do his homework on this one! 
The second oldest team in the Mens 4x100 relay were the Yanks who despite all the hype couldn't match the young Japanese team and couldn't even pass the baton legally eventually being disqualified with the young Canadian team taking bronze.
The oldest team were Trinidad and Tobago who came second last.

Under 30s = gold, silver and bronzeOver 30s = last and second last

A triumph for the youngsters and a bit of a disaster for the oldies . . . but here we have the painfully stupid and pompous old fart Moffie claiming this event is some kind of proof that older athletes are better.
