Little Japan (in rugby) but huge future potential in rugby is on the move...scalps SA in WC, NZ in Sevens Olympics and now puts Kenya to bed...something is happening in Japanese rugby...minnows on the move disrupting the giants of rugby domination.

For those falling asleep what goes around in unexposed minnow nations what the progress of Georgia as well towards the next WC in Japan.

Uncle Bob Dylan wrote a song ...the times are a'changing...the first one now will soon be last...maybe a bit extreme but it will happen whether you except it or not...not a popular opinion but nevertheless there's always an ironic truth in such predictions.

Certainly SA rugby is handicapped by political unfairness and hidden agendas...USA will also rise in rugby but they wont have quotas nor will sleeping giants like Russia or China...unfortunately or probably fortunately because young un's like Plum will probably see some changes...certainly not Mozart, Uncle Mike and Seb.
