This sport is a joke
From what minute... SA rugby once again defeated. Cant even have a quota policy right.
The ref left countless SA high tackles, bordering neck rolling tackles unpunished. Plus that tackle from the SA wing on a try action that was converted into a penalty kick very generously.
This ref did what refs usually do in a rugby game: he ended siding with the winning side. A call he postponed as much as he could.
SA and a favourable ref were inferior to NZ on this game.

Yes the evidence of this refs shocking mistakes, blatant errors were shown on Supersport.
Follow the money I say.
Time to allow captain say two appeals per half. If you win your appeal you keep it.

NFL and rugby split in about 1875 but we see esp. this last decade how the defence of NFL is being put to use in rugby.Who gets to pick the ref or is it just random?

I must admit the reffing in a number of games were poor and not acceptable I am afraid. I am sure the coaches report to World Rugby is not going to be generous. They are going to have to look at the games and think again about how the rules were ignored by the refs.
It was not opnly in the SA game where decisions were poor in a number of cases:-
* The AB scrumming should have been penalized a number of times - but only in one case they were in fact penalized
* The Read - Du Toit incident
* The number of times in breakdown situation where side entry or even attacks on the scrummies before they had the balls were also ignored.
I mentioned incidents in the SA game - but there were also poor reffing in the Argentina - French test and in the Australia - Fiji test.

Bod 3 times there props elbow was on ground never penalized plus there first try the pass from Reece was forward! No replay??? But Boks didn't deserve to win! To many errors!!

Maybe not deserved to win,not deserved to be treated differently in application of law! You know very well those small calls makes a big difference, NZ a confidence team and being penalized legitimately could have a big difference , you might have seen a better performance!
