Jet Jennings an example what is wrong in SA Aport

Jennings was SA Under 1 9 captain - but because of lack of opportunities went to play cricket in England and is now in the English team - making a ton on first appearance.
So what is the lesson for SA Sport - make sure that talent is not wasted by over-reliance on has beens and never has beens.   It is a fact that in both Rugby and Cricket South Africa is not in the habit of development of sportsmen while hanging on to spooks way past their best.
As Kallis put it so clearly - "Another one slipped through the net".   How many others we have lost in sport because of the experience mania of our coaches and the race-based selection policies of our sporting bodies and corrupt Government.
