What a fucking insult, I can see why Moz thinks you are a complete prick........you just lie the whole time. Sure JJ's hands let him down once or twice in contact for that matter.......but his long pass to Basson was perfect, it was just a pity that Basson is such a lightweight and could not impose himself over the line.
To blame JJ for the loss is insulting you stupid prick - the Bulls as a whole were pathetic

Sorry - that long pass was the worst Engelbrecht could have made. There was a three on two situation. Running a bit straighter and making normal pass would not have ended up with the only defender rushing out and causing Basson to touch the tryline. A try would have been an absolute certainty with a normal pass - a skip pass eliminated the overlap.
Engelbrecht was bloody hopeless and so was players like Hougaard and the rest. There was no will to win on anybody's part.
Stokkie Hanekom was substantially better and Hollenbach made both Serfontein and Engelbrecht look like beginners. It was a pity that Small-Smith did not start and came on too late. That would have removed half of the problems of the center pairing.

I never watched the Lions v Bulls game but from what I am reading here, Hollenbach and Hanekom gave Serfontein and Engelbrecht a lesson in centre play. Its probably a bit harsh on the Bulls centres and it was more like a Lions team effort but is Hollenbach ever gona be a serious option at 12 for the Boks? I mean, he has been around a while now (just short of a decade) and never really been spoken of for higher honours.. He doesn't play regularly enough but Lions seem to get their best results when he is playing.
He has also not had much mention from any bloggers on here so it seems like he is really just your run of the mill centre otherwise he would be a hotly debated topic ;-)

I was telling a mate of mine on Friday how pleased I was to see JJ starting. As expected, he was as useless as always.
Hollenbach was immense and Stokkies had a good outing for his first Super Rugby match.
Only guy in my superbru pool to collect points here.
Thanks JJ for not being able to pass, catch, tackle and in general ... play rugby. Your contribution is much appreciated. Hope you get the nod for the Goats' 13 jersey.

JJ is a wing end of Story.Hougaaard is playing better but clears the scrum etc too slowly. He doesnt flow with a game as well as a top scrummie should. A scrummie needs to think quickly and react immediately.
Jan played well so no criticism of him. Visser is not proving his Bok credentials. Is no attacking threat whatsoever these days. Has it been coached out of him.
W hat ever you think of Akkers he is certainly able to motivate a side! Was it snapster calling him an idiot etc?

Yeah it was.
Ackers is inexperienced. He has already learnt a lot.
I love his attitude. Reckon he's a keeper for now.
We'll see what the next super rugby season brings.
We already have 5 wins this year ... which is by far a lot better than we've done is quite some time.
I'm hoping we can take the Rebels out and make it 6.
There's a good chance we'll not take the wooden spoon this year.
