Joe Moody out of the RC

He broke this thumb and will be out for 6 weeks. The ABs have called up Chiefs Angus Ta'avao. Moody will be well rested for the November games he's been out injured a lot lately.

Has he never heard of sellotape and bandage? I have played with a broken finger, broken wrist, broken toe, and a fractured leg. A bit of tape and I was good to go. 

The worst was when I had two broken legs, and I sellotaped them together- it was difficult- but I still got man of the match that day. 

I've seen players in many sports play through terrible injuries. Broken and dislocated fingers being plentiful. However, it's still got to heal and not many of them go on a campaign with these injuries. 

But Mr  Sharkbok  I dont think masturbation is a spectator or team sport ?

Silver lining with Moody is its not a career threatening injury and it  will leave him fresh as you say for the games 'oop north" vs Ireland and England.We have backs and wingers to burn but good props are worth the weight .

Sucks for Moody but that's the difference I suppose between the pro's and weekend warriors. 

He'll get the best advice and care in  regards to continuation of his career while the rest of us are held together with Elastoplast and electrical tape.
