I don't know your thoughts on this but from what i can deduce WP have a brilliant coach in John Dobson.
In the past 2 years he has lost only one game in the Vodacom Cup and that was the Semi final last year.
My question is related to how good of a coach is he or would his success be mostly related to the succesfull youth structures that have been put in place in the last few years.
The other side of the coin would also be that he won the Varsity cup with a UCT side was moved up into WP structures and now ACT came last in the Varsity cup.
Would it not be a good idea to Give Alistair Rassie's old Job and mive John up?
What are your thoughts on him? He seems to be a bloody good coach and general nice guy.
