 I wouldn't argue that Joost was the best scrum half of
all time in SA as he is a great player and quality in

person, there is no scrum half in the modern era
that can match his greatness but I'd say Cobus 
Reinach could be closest to his player status. That
kind of general play spark is what is missing at
scrum half for the springboks.
