 Just a sad reflection of the game enjoyed by people. They all want to see their players in the selection, they all want to be the head coach and give their list.

Therefore that ratings stuff which allows to keep up the dream.

Singling out the performance of a player as it is done makes no sense. Especially when a team is composed half by players who cant execute simple stuff as expected from professionals.

The relentless blundering brought the collective performance down too much for any single player performance to matter.

Collective efforts were ruined in a way no single brilliance can mend.
