He had his best contribution to test rugby in the last 4 years by chasing down the kick.
All Kriel had to do was catch the ball. An international standard player would have caught the ball and made a simple dot down.

Sure it was awkward because he had to turn around, but once he had done that, he just had to make sure he caught the ball.

Why is Kriel Plodder in the team? Moodie should have been given game time at 13, given there are not many options outside of AM.

AM himself has not yet returned to form since his last injury

I see Moodie as a future star. For me, the chap had that aura. He's only had a few runs for the Boks and look calm each time and never let himself down.

I want to see him cement the position for his club first. We had Jacque Fourie who played at full for a while and then moved to 13 and became the best in the game. He is 20, he has time to develop. Some of the greatest all black centres of the professional ere started on the wing
