Mike I always worry when a good player goes to the bulle as the bulle tend to ruin players particularly backs.
It' s a great pity the talent flow doesnt reverse and move from Bulle to Cheethas.
Piet van Zyl though seems to be avoiding becoming a Fourie Du Preez clone - so far that is.Labuschagne is a fine player.

They might have to play Du Plessis at lock as Mike suggests. Pathetic to lose Willemse. We are now loosing top young talent

Stay away from using S A F F E X - rather use Dave like I do. That will always be changed to A girl
re you serious about Matfield at lock - he would not last half a season.

From what I could see in his brief outings he had porked up, obviously because the coaches told him he wasnt physical enough. But now he has lost pace and will be 26 in a few months.....international rugby is unlikely. And he doesn't seem like a typical Bool.

Balls - what you can see is always bungled up by prejudice. He was pacy enough in handling the ball before Pretorius's try - what have you seen at all? A better loosie than FAt Alberts will ever be.

Sadly that opinion isnt shared by anybody who knows a thing about rugby. A nice provincial player....I have nothing against him, but he tops out at S15 level....like Paul Jordaan.

Ypu are talking crap. Whn Labuschagne got injured he was still the top defense and line out loosie in Super 15. He was excellent - has always been so - a very good ball rotector and recover and took more turnover balls than ny other 7.
As ti bulking up - that is also standard Mozart BS. He went from 105 to 108 kgs in weight - - that is negligiibre. I saw an interview with him after the match and there was no fat on that one
There is one thing people must always be careful of - it is always buggered up by prejudice and full of assumptions and outright lies. But we will see how Labuschagne shape up next year.
Just a question - did you watch the Cheetahs game on Sat8urday? Guess not - bu the crap will flow out of you like lava .
