I came across this article today regarding Faf's quick tap and run, where I thought Henderson deliberately knocked the ball out of Faf's hands.


Anyway, it's a very interesting article

 Yes Devil Dude, that was an obvious run of mistakes that cost us a bit of field position and momentum. Quick penalties is poorly reffed most of the time though.

Faf took more than 5 strides... The average stride length is 1.17 times the height of the player (1.72m in Faf's case). One stride is therefore 2.0124m.

He therefore ran 10.062m, which is definitely more than 5m.

And therefore on question 2... Yes, Henderson was back more than 10.062m.
