Last week they thumped Quins 62 - 0 now tonight it’s Glasgows turn 52-0

Good to see RG staying injury free for a sustained period of play and also in unbelievable form - physical freak with amazing hands

Maybe the best offloading forward in the game.

Toulouse are down both Duponte and Capuozzo, I can't see them beating Leinster.

What's really improved in the last few weeks is Leinster's offense. Early season it just wasn't clicking for them.

Stav

I like the way they play - but tell me when last did Leinster beat Munster by the way Bordeaux beat them today, In any event it will depend on the semi's and who is playing whom. I thinjk we will see tmottw .The only teams that qualified already is Bordaux and Leinster - we must still see what happens in the other teo quarterfinals.

Munster were awful today, had they functioning line out they would of won. Bordeaux can play very good rugby at times and where very good at the start of the game against Munster but they very ordinary in the second half with poor discipline, and the actually haven't got much heft up front.

If Bordeaux play like that against Leinster, Leinster will batter them.

Why are you all talking about Bordeaux and Leinster ? It’s Northampton that have to play Leinster next round.

Thanks Becs - Northamon did exceptionally well against Castres -not thes trongest Fench side by some distance. So the semi;s wil be between Leinster and Northampton and either Toulon or Toulouse will play Bordeaux in the other semi,

Northamption did vey well in there match yesteday and good luck to them - as the best Uk team n reaching the semi's - but Iam not sure how that will play out this coming weekend

Ireland should enter them in the WC.

Some of the English pundits reckon Leinster are better than the Irish national team.

Most of the Irish team plus Barret, Snyman and Silmani.

I think they are better.

The Irish team appear to be declining this year.

Sucks because some retirements have halted their progress.

Question is, will the Irish team at the next WC be better than the one at the last?

Yeah Ireland simply aren't as good as where a year or so back.

Combination of retirements and temporary change in coach.

Can't answer that question yet, too early too tell.

Well, let’s just hope ( and maybe pray ) that Northampton can at least hold their own against Leinster !

20 points minimum, Becs.

But I rate England's chances at the next WC.

For a team that is building, they did dang well this year.

You beat France and should have beaten Ireland.

...and had a very good showing in NZ.

Borthwick is doing much better than he's being given credit for.

Well, we did think it would be a whitewash last season, but we hung on in and actually could have won it.

So, who knows hey ?! :)

Well the Leinster team is effectively the Irish side other than Hansen on the wing, Aki at 12, and the two Munster boys Beirne and O Mahoney

So the semi=gfinals are to be -

  1. Leinster vs Northampton; and
  2. Toulouse vs Bordeaux

Looking at the performances this weekend I think Leinste will beat Northampton an Boreaux has a good chance to beat Touluse since he latte tam seems to be leaderless andkey plaers are missing.

The Semis aren’t until May, Mike.

Yes, Saffolk, I’m aware that Leinster are Ireland in all but name. They were last year too and we lost 20-17.

So, I’m hoping it’s not a thrashing this year either.
