Looks like this could be a good arm wrestle...Jake White had some health problems  and was hospitalised i think earlier in the week - lets hope he survives the stress of this away game..
Leinster are favourites but there could be an upset here...one try already butchered by Tomane...

Montpellier were already looking outclassed but Fat Fransie has put the game beyond doubt with a late and high tackle on Jonny Sexton that earned him a red card.

 a very well deserved red card,... that was very dangerous and besides late,... this kind of actions need to be eradicated,... hope he gets a lenghty ban

 yeah, Brycy seems that this year many more red cards are going to be shown,... and that's not good for rugby,... usually a red ruins the game,... as in this case has been,... there was no more than one team after the red

they should rethink the red card issue,... someone here brought the idea (I don't remember who) of being the red card as the yellow, 10 minutes in the bin but after the 10 minutes the redcarded player cannot comeback to the game and has to be replaced,... this way the player is punished (and after will be also cited) but not the team or the game itself

..Abasque i think what they do in the NRL is quite good where players are placed on report instead of carding and the judiciary decide their fate after the game......that way it remains an even contest...
..this year we will undoubtedly be seeing many uneven contests because of the new tackling laws and referees will end up deciding games -maybe even finals due to differing interpretations of the law - there will be contentious calls and consistency issues.....it could like you say ruin the game and endup one gigantic goat fk..

 There is nothing to relax based on the red card given in this match.

The action is an act of brutality.

The ball was released soon and the player showed no intent to stop his action.
The rest was not even a high tackle (showed no will to grab the body of the opponent) but a malicious cloth line move to behead the other player.

Guy should get his sentence extended by his own league actually.

Following an act of brutality, there is nothing wrong in having one team down by one man.

This is the kind of opportunities excellent men cherish.

what happens is not only "a ten minute penalty and a substitution", the player is also cited  and will be banned depending on the gravity of the action and according to the rules

and nowadays no coach is going to send a player to harm an opposite key player,... man, that's not real,... besides no player would agree to risk a lengthy ban, and then another one (usually even more lengthy), and another one,...

This suggests at least three unnecessary conditions:

players take orders to harm an opponent: when the decision might come from the player only. Aware of his self importance, aware of a planned substitution order, aware that harming a key player and unsettling the other team will turn him in a national hero if the game is won.

it must be proven that coaches give orders: it is tricky. Conditioning plays a huge part in rugby.
After watching Montpellier games, it appears they are a side preferring to foul their opponent rather than conceding a try. As a consequence, they are often down by one man.
This mentality might not be induced by the coach (previous point) as it can be induced by the coach.
 The act of brutality is the continuation of the mentality: before the red card, Montpellier was severely dominated, the directive of fouling the opponent to avoid conceding did not work.Thus a stepping up: harsher fouling might do the work.

No direct orders, but a general mental conditioning.

Actually, the fact that a coach orders a player to harm another is too big for the institution to accept. These cases will be exposed by external parties like journalists.
The WR institutions will prefer to bury the topic than confronting it.
It must be remembered that WR institutions preferred to bury SA players biting SAmoan players than applying accountability.

There wont be coaches ordering players to harm others because it cant be accepted.

 When the chips are down this is what happens to the teams coached by Jake White.   The reasons for that are easy to determine:-
*   Teams playing Jake-ball finds it hard to score tries; and*   Playing Fat Fransie is making sure that aimless and inaccurate kicking is the norm.
Fat Fransie is no flyhalf and no center either - ask Plumtree about the latter.   He has a bd record iro of illegal tackles.   In 2015 in Super Rugby he coped a 5 week ban and It is unlikely the resultant ban would be less this time around.   
A player who started his career brilliantly has deteriorated into a real mess career-wise and he will not get a contract from any fr anchise bearing in mind his recent deficiencies.
