That game against Italy served no purpose at all - half the Bok problem was probably complacency given the Bok A side was playing an Italian B side

We have 8 big tests this year for the A side to do their thing especially considering how old they mostly are - less is better for the old fuckers

I don't know why Rassie started with Koch, the guy is 35, hardly had an impact on Saturday. So that cap was completely wasted. He should have gone with Du Toit and Louw. The former being great for bath as a try scoring machine and coming on in the 2nd half.
They need to drop Bongi and fast. Bring back Grobbies or another hooker.
I'm still not convince on Jan Hendrik as a prop as he is more in John Smit mould that is stuck inbetween. The only difference is that John Smit could through the ball in and fantastic and line out throwing.

No the A side does not need a run out before the big games as they never used to in the past and if you wanted to do that then fair enough use one of the Italian tests for that but the other Italian test along with the Baabaas and Georgia games should have seen our younger players blooded.
None of Willie, Mapimpi, Kolbe, Arendse, Kriel, Am, de Allende, Esterhuizen, Pollard, Faf, Reinach, Ox, Marx, Bongi, Eben, Lood, Mostert, Kolisi, PSDT, Kwagga and Jasper should have featured in those 3 tests
