....for Mike and the greasy Swami. Both of whom picked the Poms to win. And a half portion for Rotten Fruit who had Bok stalwarts Louw and Etzebeth as dirty players.

But given how stupid they must feel, having made this silly prediction over and over again....perhaps a nicely chilled glass of hemlock to wash it all down.

Bon appetit chaps....bwaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

The win actually came as a surprise to me - we had to take the field with two weak spots - De Jongh and Steenkamp.   Must say the first one did zilch as a player and the second one was a bit better than expected.   Not much - but he was better than in the Scotland game where he really served a rating of 3/10 - his relaitic rating today was 5/10.

What was De Jongh up to today?   I did notice there was a number 13 player running onto the field - but he did zilch today - he never followed up moves that could have been carried further if their was a player avaulable to off-load to.  Example the kick of Lambie caught by Pietersen - where the latter was looking for a player to off-laod to and there was one huge blank - because one would have expected from De Jongh to be there - but he was missing.

Despite the above - the Springboks did manage an unexpected and unconvincing win.   I also want to credit the win to rank stupidity of the POMS.   That last penalty should hve been a corner kick and a try would have been difficult to stop.

I think once again - your other pet hate Coetzee contributed massively to the defences of the Springboks and should have been given a medal for helping us winning the match

Had another look at those tackling stats yet, Mikey?

Correction. Coetzee is not a pet hate....I have said before, he puts in lots of tackles. I have also said that's not enough to warrant a starter slot....he needs to be able to impact on the run or on the ground.
