Lions off to a good start

Poor Lions. The really are in a bad way. My Dad was getting so frustrated with them , he went outside to braai instead.

RG what always surprises me is that the Lions can have two identities. The first 15 to 20 minutes was pretty good. The next 30 or so very poor. But the last 30 were excellent and they almost got to earning a bonus point! They dominanted the game over the last 30 minutes and it was a pity that the CJ try was deemed to be a double movement.

Actually it was also of note how the bulle, threatened with loosing the game, also stepped up the tempo significantly but ran out of time.

One thing for certain is they are about 50 points better than the frot queens.

Both sides could have done with more intensity for longer.
