JP shows his class at center. Wish folk would stop talking nonsense about JP at center. Its his natural position.

Sharks coming back two tries in 5 minutes

JP Pietersen is statistically one of the worst defensive players among centres in the entire competition. At test level? He will be destroyed there. Offers very little. The Lions taking full advantage of the Shark's ponderous overrated glamour boys and notching up a deserved and impressive win.

Lions win by 10!!!!!

Bit annoying twhen Lions save all their enrgy to topple a SA side they shoudl have knocked oer a nz side instead.

However sharks should have taken a penalty or two and at least get a bonus point.

What does one make of an upset like this. Have to think we knocked the stuffing out the sharks last week. hahahhahahahahaha

Dorkie dumbo and ou Barlee in a puddle right now. Bwahahahahahahahahaha

And a great finish.  The defence of the Sharks were horribly poor and the poorest defender of them all was the rrecycled no 13.   Pietersen cannot play at center - period.  He missed numerous  tackles and was not interested in much.

I think most of the players would hope that Meyer did not watch the game.  Lambie made one bad error - but for the rest he was good.  Mvovo and Ndungwane was good - Pietersen mediocre and Bosman a bit better, but still poor.

Then lets look at the other hopefuls.   Alberts had a disastrous game - extremely poor player today.  Coetzee (outstanding performance) had to make up a lot for the dissastrously poor performance of Alberts.   Sykes got a yellow and the tight 5 on the whole was poor.

The Lions back line was the difference - they got the ball moving and with a disfunctional center combination made a huge difference.   On todays game Struass was vastly better than Alberts and Daniel combined.

Lest wait and see whether facts impress Meyer.
