A dirty thug is ou nono. But how about that crusties hooker who tried to take Lambies head off. That was extremely dangerous. It warranted a red.

James of course was always a robust player who returned some nz favours much to their horror mooo la

I seriously think that there are a umber of reasons that the Highlanders are so poor this  year.  The main reason is they did a Mozart on themselves.  They went out and contract all the rugby geriatrics they could find and then expected miracles from them.  Now lets get to Nonu's game yesterday.

He got rightfully yellow-carded for that shoulder charge.  However, that was really not the only thing he did badly.   He was constantly hanging on to possession and really did his team no favours by doing that.   I think if Gear could get more possession there may have been some pressure on the Blues outside backs.

Matter of fact - Nonu was a very big negative on the Highlanders backline play in trying to play the Steyn gameplan at inside center.   The result was the same - it virtually killed the Highlanders backline performances.  Nonu should really start thinkinng of another career than rugby.
