Any Kiwis know anything about this team? A Canadian Prop, Hubert Buydens, has signed a two year deal with the club. Should be a good opportunity.
He was playing in Taranaki for the Plymouth Old boys the past year.

the turbos have got a nice team and its also where aaron smith and aaron cruden come from, something that contributed heavily to how well their flyhalf combo gelled so smoothly last year for the All Blacks.
they also have mmafu fia and jason emery from the higlanders and tikorotuma, nick croswell and mike fitzgerald (the NZ bakkies) from the chiefs, not a bad team but the smith and cruden wont be playing for them as they will be on All Black duties.
i imagine that fia and the new canuck will be packing down the scrum for the turbos.
Sounds like a few good players have played on the team.
I did notice that they weren't in the top Division, but I'm sure it's still much better rugby then the Canadian leagues. ;)
By the sounds of it, it sounds like he'll at least be on the bench to start games which is good.
