The guys play too much rugby...it's amazing a player like Jannie hangs in, with Kitshoff, Malherbe, Coenie and now Marcel struggling with injuries. Life seems tough for the young props.
Marcel is still unproven and it's a pity he won't get the chance until next year to really make his case.

 In comes Redlinghuys?
It was always crazy that the guys who would tour play ed Currie Cup. We have to be the country with the most foolish collective leadership.

Pity Jannie is so weak in scrumming nowadays and sicne he does very little outside of scrumming - he is bound to not get injured.   You can only get injured when and if you are in the hard grind and Jannie falls outside of that cargory.    Hiss tackling is atrocious and his ball carries even worse,
The issue here is when and howdid the injuries occur.   You would find most injuries occur in tackle situations or when players carry balls - niot whilst  scrumming is under way.   hence my comment about Jannoe.
