I just got off the phone with a friend of mine who lives in Canton, N.Y., his hometown. He said that since early this morning the snow is nearly waist high and is still falling. The temperature is dropping way below zero and the North wind is increasing to near gale force. His wife has done nothing but look through the kitchen window and just stare. He says that if it gets any worse he may have to let her in.

Lol...but that's the difference between a gal from New York...she's probably having an affair with Father Frost out there (Old Santa)...at least he knows how to treat a woman...he gives her gifts...when I was a little boy I remember that song sung by Bing Crosby/Rosemary Clooney (I think)...I saw mommy kissing Santa Klaus...lolz, do like that Cloudy.

Funny about you mentioning Hagar the Horrible.   Once saw a cartoon showing Hagar looking utterly dejected whilst having a drink.


He muttered something to the effect that people do not appreciate and they condemn  the really good leaders like Atilla the Hun and Ivan the Terrible
