McCaw and Stop-Clock at scrums

Great idea from McCaw...how many times we see especially in the last ten minutes of the game the scrum being reset and a push-pull going on for a penalty to be awarded.Sevens rugby stops the clock all the time...the ball is placed into the scrum and then the clock ticks.
Same as with injuries ,let the clock stop when the ref blows for a scrum.

Agree Moonrover...nothing worse than a game in the balance and scrum resets takingthe remaining time.

Something I have wanted since forever.
