Does Meyer have a real game plan?    I do not really know.   The only noticeable plan in the past five tests was high kick and charge - the problem was that that plan centers around three of his first choice players - namely Hougaard, and the Steyns.   Morne has had one good game in the last five tests and two very bad ones.   Francois Steyn had two very bad ones out of 4 and in the other two he was on the team sheet and did nothing noticeable.

The Argentinians found a way to destroy that plan and against the Aussies and the All Blacks it would mean massive losses.

We definitely need a real game plan - not a real disaster build around kicking and nothing else.   We also do not need Beeno;s power pack - the Argentinainas neutralized that one completely last night.   The All Blacks will do the same and even the Wallabies would love that one.

Has Meyer got it in him to be a successful coach?   Not sure about that one - but he should try and get some real player development program in place and forget about winning at present.   He should also get rid of Loubscher as backline coach.   The Bulls played very good running rugby against the Sharks last night - when Slapchips was backline coach - so that must show something - that is that Loubscher is a disaster as backline coach.

The answer is relatively simple for Meyer.   Get rid of Loubscher as backline coach and find some decent players to replace the Steyns and Hougaard - thereafter develop the skills of the new players to replace the three mentioned.   Goosen is the obvious answer to one of the selections - the replacement of the other two needs urgent attention.

I would bring in some youngster to take over from FATSO - but in the case of Hougaard there are two potential players to try and phase in - Vermaak and Pretorius.   Put Hoigaard in as a bench player for the wing position - hee is not a scrummie and would never be.    My choice for inside center at present is Jordaan - but he latter would be better at 13 - so another youngster should be utilized.
