Waratahs boss Michael Cheika's judicial hearing over an alleged incident with a television cameraman has been postponed upon request of his legal representative.
The incident happened during the Round Seven encounter between Waratahs and the Sharks in Durban on March 29.
South African television broadcaster Supersport lodged a complaint about Cheika about a verbal confrontation with a cameraman.
The application was considered and subsequently granted by SANZAR Judicial Officer Nigel Hampton.
The matter will now be heard by via teleconference on Thursday 24 April 2014.
A SANZAR press release read: "In granting the application Hampton acknowledged SANZAR and its witnesses were ready to proceed with the hearing today but the primary consideration was to ensure Cheika's legal representative the proper opportunity to prepare the case.
"SANZAR is eager to have the matter heard as soon as possible but did not oppose the application."
