Yes it is. He did post photo he claims is you. Same mistake as the story about the guy who asked a stone maker to make a head stone for the grave of his late wife. He gave him a note with the wording. When he was shown the finished head stone he noticed that there was a small mistake in the engraving. It was a matter of a misplaced full stop. I tried to find the offending post, not to put up the picture again but to prove to this despicable liar that I did in fact ask his permission first (as opposed to his outright lie where he claims "..the one I found most disgusting is the one where he had a photo of supposedly me which he hung out on the board.  Funny how photos of members on site is now a hot topic.  The argument seems to be that Rooinek asked for permission to post the photo of the snake sh!t on site and he claimed that Snake-Sh!t gave the said permission.
Snake-shit posted a photo of mine without asking permission and the pompous low borne skunk did not think that it was necessary.   Funny how one set of rules apply to all - but not to Snake-Sh!t.

Let me summarize: 1 Urinal said he had a photo of me and asked if he could post it. The only photos I am aware of are are decades old pics related to financial articles....so I said go ahead. .. 2 The picture he posted was a private family photo and he claims to have another. Neither of these pics are on the net.....Urinal used Tinypic to upload them to the net.
