It is hard to believe that the younger brother of PSDT is already 24.

He is a smaller version of Stephanie, also competing for the number 7 jersey.

Johan is probably more mobile than his older brother. However, PSDT has clearly been more conditioned over the last 2 years to play at 7 - instead of a lock.

It will be interesting to see how he does next year in SuperRugby, given he will be starting from the bench.

He looked very good during the Curry Cup in 2019. In one match he was playing with a broken rib sustained near the start of the game, but still got the man of the match.

There are two other younger brothers - great family altogether, The Youngest brother played for Maties in the Varsity Cup - only 19 years of age.   He plays at full back.

Johan is a promising player - but I think he may play Super Rugby - but has not seen enough of him yet to see whether he can  match his brilliant older brother.

May be wrong though - this is a special family. .

Tokkie sees stars in the sky and the theme from Dr Zhivago swells gently in the background. And there are by Tokkie's count 2 other du Toits to fantasize over.....not counting his avatar and Mini Me.  Life is bountiful for an old Poof.

I mention the term "drama queens"  and why some site members are drama queens -

a) Want to seek attention b) Have some emotional dysfunction and it's their duty to make life harder for everyone around them c) Just simply can't get over it d) Extremely miserable and insecure e) All of the above Drama queens can't keep
