OK, Maaikie. Have it sunk in that I have admitted that I made a mistake?
If so. Can we now get back to your balls-ups as well?
Here goes.
Same quote:
"By the way - Juan Smith is playing CLUB rugby - h looked good in
the final in the Heineken Cup - but what does that mean? Playing
against a host of geriatrics and the South African Saracens - there
were 8 ex-SA players in their squad - made up to substantial extent of players who would never make the Springbok team - anyone would look good."
First of all, your continued bullshit about the level of European club rugby proves that you are fucking stupid and you refuse to0 try and understand. The levels of rugby in SA just below the National side is:
Super Rugby
CC Rugby
Vodacom Cup rugby.
In Europe you have the national side, followed by the top tier club rugby, i.e. Top 14, PRO12, Aviva Premiership, etc. That is followed by second tier leagues and third tier leagues (which are normally semi-professional leagues). Thereafter comes the diferrent tiers of amateur leagues. That is the way it is and if you cannot understand that the Top14, Premiership, etc is at the same level as the S15, then you are stuffed and the argument becomes null and void. The jury is still out on which one is the toughest/strongest or what ever you want to call it and it will remain like that until we have a competition between NH clubs and SH franchises. It has only been tested once with the game between Sarracens and the Sharks and we know what happened.
Now on to your "little mishaps". There were not 8 SA players in the Saracens team. There were only three.
Allister Hargreaves, aged 28, is already a Springbok (4 caps) and would not let any Bok squad down right now.
Neil de Kock, who is already a Springbok with 10 caps.
Schalk Brits, who is already a Springbok and has been in the Bok squad as recently as
Now your reply about the players that I listed. Your remarks was, and I quote:
"players who would never make the Springbok team. You have said that they would never make a Bok team, and I listed those who have already made it. If you meant that they would not make the Bok team right now, you should have said so.
Bakkies Botha made a hash of his oportunities and showed enar to zero
when he was given 3 chances. When he was subbed in the Welsh test -
Lood de Jager showed him up badly. Too old to be up to the present
game situation. Your own warped and biased opinion. I don't give a shit about it.
Danie Rossouw - Fat and slow and way past his best - aready announced his retirement from the game. For sure he is past his best. I have never denied it but he was still good enough for Bernard Laporte to have him in his team for an important final and I trust that you would agree that Laporte knows a damn site more about rugby and rugby players than you. He has, after all, won a Top14 title and two HC titles
Michael Claassen - never a Springbok candidate - you flipping idiot. He has played in eight test, jou dom poeth.

Juan Smith 0 will he fail like Bakkies did - 90% certain he will. Ditto your Craig Burden opinion.
Behave yourself or the full designation you so richly deserve will return. Fuck off drol .
