I have chums who have done hip, knee and shoulders and still walk the course easily. But it’s better  to have more durable joints. Here’s a word of warning for the mature posters….I tweeked a knee a few weeks back and as always, iced the hell out of it. Only to find a few days later, I had frostbite! Nothing serious but quite tender, a bit longer with the ice pack and it might have required the knife.
The two dudes as M correctly surmised are Scott Robertson and Laird Hamilton. I was wondering who Robertson reminded me of and then I remembered the surfer dude. Listening to Plum’s link I got a better insight into this amazing surfer.
Oh and the letters scattered around were left over from the cut and paste. I have found with most images if you include a bit of surrounding text the images can be easily reproduced without going through the formal process.
Now all I have to worry about is Hurricane Milton, a category 5 monster heading directly for my apartment, boat, cars and art. Never a dull day.
