Mapimpi, one of the few good Boks on the weekend, will return home. I cannot ascertain the nature of the injury just yet. Rassie listed Kriel, Am and Kolbe as potential replacements.

Old news
It's only 12 hours old at most. Furthermore, I saw nothing of it here.
Moz a correction is required that would be doofus.
Sorry wee Mikey couldnt resist !
Yes ... it is rather old news .. besides, Mapimpi has blistering pace but other than that contributes nothing off the ball. He stands in h is little corner and joins the party when someone passes the ball to him. He is also rather pathetic under the highball.
Not an option I would choose for a Bok wing.
We have better options available quite frankly!
I did not comment on this thread other than to say it was old news everybody should have been aware of for days, That was followed by the normal personal attack by Mozart.
I must agree with CC here - the real issue is related to performance. Mapimpi did well enough - but his absence will not be really the bad news Monsieur Merde made it out to be. He is easily replaceable.
Nkosi is by far the better of the two. Greater work rate off the ball and stronger in contact. Also doesn't shy from his defensive duties.
Exactly ... and that's why I regard Nkosi as a merit selection and not a quota.
Anyone been watching the Currie Cup, the sharks lad Fassi looks good
That is good news. The less quota players on the field, the closer to the exposure.
I like Nkosi, but Mapimpi is a very good player too. Certainly no quota. We'll be worse off without him.
