Warners looking fine form double ton on the cards... and Clarke will get square on the SA bats... Mitch and Pattinson can bodyline too hope morkels got lots of body protection for that big body...

Amazing backdrop I cant believe how picturesque it looks... 10/10 I believe the late Tony Grieg called " Sydeny, Rio, Capetown and then there's the rest..."
Im glad Warner is getting runs it helps my mood post reds loss... Tahs are going to be very hard for ANY team to beat this year... bt the cracks are appearing @ reds with new coach Im tipping poorer performances on the cards for them this year...

yep first toss win for the aussies but possibly the most important...
I saw before the comparison of the pitch speed v PE - I think Mitch will be back to deadly best not to mention extra firepower of Pattinson and even Watson... bowling attack much stronger than previous test...

A tough day. Without Steyn the attack is much diminished....especially when Morkel is used so stupidly. Abbot is toothless and Philander, despite his record, is not looking much better. With that wind a swing bowler could surely have shaped a few balls.

Wee Michael was worked over pretty bad. He looked terrified. Taking his eye of the ball and rteally being totally at sea. Luckily for him there was no Steyn to finish him off. I see some wise after the events types getting uppity.
Philander has been disappointing. Luck has been cruel as we have tywo pacemen better than Abbot out injured in Parnell and De Lange. In addition we lose the toss and now quite possibly the rain has juiced up the wicket!
